Mt 5.3-12 The Beatitudes

Jesus teaches the beatitudes. All of them apply to the lifes of his disciples on current time, situations we see right now and during history.

This was the first time I see the word beatitudes in my life. 😮

Jesus is about to teach great lessons to his disciples.

Mt 4.23-25 Jesus heals the sick

Jesus teaches, proclaims the good news of the kingdom, and heals people throughout Galilee. 😀

Jesus spends much of his time on people. Walks long distances and is attentive to the needs of others.
Do we also separate time for Him and for our neighbor? ❓

Mt 4.18-22 Jesus calls his first disciples

Jesus calls four fishermen. They had no idea about what they will live and the impact they will have on humanity. 🙂

I changed suddenly from night to day because of the details of:
Matthew: Jesus saw fishermen casting a net (working). Then, called them to be fishers of men.
Luke 5.5,10: Before calling, Simon tells Jesus that they had worked all night and caught nothing. 😉

What would have been the reaction of Zebedee when he saw his sons leaving?
